Bridgepoint Health provides complex care and rehabilitation to individuals living with complex chronic disease and disability through a broad range of inpatient and outpatient services.  The facility focuses on providing coordinated and integrated care to patients living with multiple chronic diseases and disabilities.  As an affiliate with the University of Toronto, they provide direct hand-on experience for individual who shares the same insight towards Canada’s health care system

S.E.A.S. Centre is a non-profit social service agency mandated to promote individual well being, enhance family harmony and encourage community involvement.  It is reinforce through diverse programs, volunteers opportunity and community activity.  The centre was admitted as a member of the United Way of Greater Toronto.  They also provide linguistic and culturally appropriate services to mainly ethnics Vietnamese, Chinese and Filipinos.
